Thank you L&L for such a wonderful time. I camped in a trailer with my two sisters from Wed to Sat, right by the river with the Getaway Gals. Our spot was perfect, we always had a good breeze, quiet place and your hospitality was awesome. The two of you worked so hard to make sure our experience was one to remember as it surely was. Thanks for the dance which was my best time ever. It was nice to see the two of you dance also.

Had a GREAT time. It was our groups first time there. Everyone wants to make it an annual event. The place was very well managed and very clean.

Our only negative feedback was: plant more trees by spot #39. It needs some daytime shade. Have a shower token machine for after hours (it would be nice to turn off the water when finished with shower to save water.) Let guest come in (we have friends that live in the area and they wanted to come for dinner) ... don't take any of this bad. Everyone loved it, just passing along the group's comments.

We will tell everyone about this campsite...it was GREAT!!! We want to make it an annual event.

WE stay with you every major holiday. So that's about 3 times a year!=) We usually bring about 10 people camping with us each time and they all LOVE it there too....

Stayed at the RV sites July 29-31. The RV sites are sizeable compared to other campgrounds. Great facility and very well maintained. Highly recommend. We will be back in the future.

A large group of us stayed there this past week for 7 days. We had a terrific time. But, I do have 2 suggestions. For one, please stock feminine products (pads, tampons) in your store. And, it would have been nice for the store to stay open a bit later past 8. All of our kids like to walk down to the store after dark and buy ice cream :) Thanks for a great time!

Ref suggestions above - I'm sorry you did not find our feminine products for sale in the store ... hopefully, we weren't sold out. The store does stay open later on Fridays and Saturdays. This year we have extended our closing hours on Sundays thru Thursdays, from 5PM to 8PM. And so glad your group had a great time!

We had the pleasure of visiting Lazy L&L Campground for the first time (July 16-23, 2011). We were so impressed with the park, it is so clean, quiet and river right next to us. "Hats off" to the groundkeepers for keeping the park clean. The dance was so nice. The owner was so nice to us. We are planning to go again next year with more family members. Thank you for a wonderful week long stay.

My family and friends have camped the last few years here and love it. We won't camp anywhere else now. Right on a deep part of the river. Clean, friendly, and the store has just about everything you need. Stayed at other sites but this is the best one by far.

I've read several negative reviews about this campground, so I feel compelled to tell all who wish to camp on the river, the owners of Lazy L&L are committed to do whatever it takes to make sure your camping enjoyment is not diminished by loud, drunken, disrespectful people who think they are above the rules and who have no respect for other campers. I just enjoyed my second vacation at the Lazy L&L, and I am so grateful that the management didn't allow a few drunken idiots to spoil it for everyone. I will definitely be back with both friends and family, including grandchildren.

Getaway Girls spent a long weekend with you all last week. In spite of the hot, hot weather, a screen house that ended up in the river, and some less than considerate patrons of your camp, it was a good experience. I wish we could have been closer together as a group, then the rowdies wouldn't have been so intrusive in our event. But all in all, it went well.

The Get-away Gals had a fabulous 4 days at your beautiful campground. Enjoyed tubing, our Luau at the Conference Center, oh--and your dance floor will never be the same after kicking up our heels in your beautiful new dance hall!!! Thanks! Look forward to our next visit there ...

I had the pleasure of visiting the Lazy L&L Campground for the first time. I was so impressed with the beauty and amenities. The dance slab with band are great and the food was unbelievable. I can't wait to get another group together to enjoy a great evening. The owners are extremely friendly and have a clean, relaxed campground. The deer were even happy to be nearby!

We had such a wonderful time at the Lazy L and L. The attendants were checking us in were efficient and courteous to all our questions considering this was our first time here and some of us to float on the river. The campgrounds were nice and amenities (bathrooms and showers) were kept clean. I would definitely recommend this campground to anyone and will be coming back for round two. OH yea, live bands at the Hall is a plus, we had a great time dancing.

We stayed here on the 4th of July weekend in 09. That was the best campsite I have been to yet, the restrooms were very well maintained and the staff excellent. We loved the Devil's Playground also and plan to return the 2010 season.

My wife and I went down to Lazy L&L Campground from Oklahoma City on 13 Feb 10 to see if it's a good place to winter. Vicki who works at the office was very helpful with all of our questions. It was clean and very well kept up. Vicki sold us on coming down this Nov and spend the winter. See you this November!

This is our 3rd year here as "Winter Texans". We have never stayed at a more perfect campground! The owners treat us like we are family! They are always friendly and helpful! They have given us ideas of places to see and things to do. The entire campground is very clean the grounds are spotless and neat! Margie and Rodney seem to have new additions and projects each year to make this even better. We are very comfortable here and will continue to return as long as we are able. Thanks for being such great hosts and keep the campground so nice!

We loved your camp site. It had everything we wanted and very clean. This was the best vacation I had with nothing but relaxation. We stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave. Perfect location and clean. We'll be back in July of 2010. Be there or be square!!!!!

We celebrated 4th of July at the L&L with friends and we were very impressed. Everything on site was well maintained and the staff members were friendly. Our group thought the wristbands were a great idea too! Thanks for everything and we will be back soon with the kiddies to float once more!

Thank you so much for contributing to our fantastic fourth of July celebration. Everytime we visit your campground, we are completely satisfied. Thanks for the improvements you've made with the shade barriers. The restrooms were very clean throughout the holiday weekend. The supplies were kept up and never once did we have to request more. The sites are big with lots of shade. Our family and friends love to camp here. My children love Devils Rapids. We love the new wrist band policy. The policy indicates that you care about who enters your campground. Thank you Lazy L&L!!!!

Total group of 12 stayed weekend of June 26-28, and had a blast. Yes the river was low and the water was slow, but that did not matter. Your campgrounds are great, very clean and your whole staff was courteous and helpful. I have one suggestion, fans in the restrooms. This is my 2nd stay @ Lazy L&L, and I will definitely be returning for a 3rd. Great campgrounds!!

This is by far the best camping on the Guadalupe. If you have not experienced Lazy L&L then you are missing out! They have made such great use of the low river this year, and I will NEVER camp at another spot! This is our fourth year to camp here and it just gets better and better. P.S. The spots by Devil's Playground are the best ever!!!!! Reserve early and have a great time!

Memorial '09 was AWESOME! Great party atmosphere, not a place for children that weekend. Campgrounds were beautiful on the water! Store was well stocked, plenty of staff and police so no-one gets too crazy. C-ya next year!

My wife, kids and I really loved the campground. The sites are nice and shady which was perfect for the kids. The grounds and bathroom facilities are nice and clean. The prices are great. We will be returning often and have recommended Lazy L&L to family and friends.

I have camped at this site almost every year since 2001, and will always reserve a spot here only. It is beautiful, convenient and has all the amenities. Very well taken care of site, and have always gotten a space, no matter what time of year it is. See you this weekend!

Stay here! We camped in their LL2 section this past Memorial Day weekend and freakin loved it! Our campsites were right on the river, as promised, and were nice and clean. The on-site store was very convenient and helped avoid traveling far for beer and such. We had a great time!

This is the second year in a row we have camped at Lazy L&L. We are tent campers and we camp with about 4 or 5 couples and their kids. Had a blast this year! Just like Last year. This place has a definite party atmosphere during memorial weekend. Always enough room. Well stocked store. Clean campground. Water/electric at every site. Many areas to access river. Love it.

Cool place to stay and love to stay riverfront and listen to the water go by....lose the blackberry for a weekend so the wife doesn't Lazy L and L Campground have to listen to it ring and you feel a little weird, but good, not having it with you!!!!

No Phones and relaxation on the river. Wonderful way to just get away when you have a Blackberry attached to your hip 51 weeks out of the year!!!
